  1. I just tried to cash out via PayPal..I got the verification code which makes zero sense since I've already cashed out PayPal once before with them..so I get the code then it tells me I can't cash out & they need to ask me questions by contacting them...I'll wait a couple days & call them..if they ask me any personal info like SS I'll tell them where to go & just delete my account...not worth the hassle

  2. Had an invite from Talkinsights. My payment:- “as a reward, we will share the insights from each week with you” Wow - they’re going to share the results. No cash, no points, no prize draw. Just sharing the results. How can I control my excitement

  3. Is anyone else overdue with payments from pointclub? I have been waiting for an amazon card that I requested on April 12. they claim that it takes 7 to 10 days to get one. When I asked why the delay, they emailed me and said that the corona virus is causing technical difficulties. A flimsy excuse in my view. Maybe they are going bankrupt and are not going to pay out.

  4. I requested a cash out on PayPal on April 14, and still haven’t received anything. Normally, PayPal cash outs through PointClub take about a week. It’s been over two weeks. I asked then what the hold up was, and they stated the same thing they stated to you. I think maybe they furloughed some employees and are short handed. I’ll give them one more week, then I’ll file a complaint with BBB. The last time I filed a complaint through BBB on PointClub, I wound up getting $8.00 worth of survey points because in the end, they were the ones who tried to screw me out of $2.75.

  5. so confused- they never called me an i got an email my transfer is going to my bank account. Paypal is still greyed out and so are gift cards-no access to paypal or GC until they call. Went on other forums an people are saying the same thing-wont let you do paypal-even old users. They say they will call and never do. Will post if i see it in my bank account-says can take 5 business days-not doing anymore surveys till I see the payment. Oh- and before I requested payment to bank account I also got a verification code on my phone and a verification email-wtf else do they want for paypal?? ugh-welcome to survey junkie-looks like they are all screwed up

  6. I made a BBB complaint about Expert Outpost and it was responded to by a Toluna employee. Perhaps "powered by toluna" is just code for staffed by Toluna

  7. My experience with Survey Junkie is when you cash out they send you a verification code. I get mine via e-mail. When you get that code, copy and past in a box they provide and the transaction goes through. I have never been asked for a social security number by them.

  8. Agree. I suspect companies pay JD Power for favorable results so the companies can use these high ratings in their advertising. And if what you answer isn't what the companies have paid for, you get the uncompensated boot. I've said this before...even though I do surveys, always being attentive and answering honestly, I pay no attention to the results as they're often wholly unreliable for so many reasons.

  9. I have noticed that in the past few months that I am being asked to put in quite a bit more time for a few points here and there. I just looked at some on a site and they wanted 20 minutes for 17 points, so 20 minutes for 17 cents. I did one to see, and low and behold, it was going to take 20 minutes, so I x'd out of it. Are the survey companies getting cheaper? I think so. I will do a Prolific for .20 but they only want me for 2 minutes. Those add up quickly because I usually am not dq'd from them. But the other sites. Oh my!

  10. Update. Just noticed the nice folks at BDE added a few hundred points to my account for no other reason than putting me up to the level where I could claim that third $10 Amazon gift card. I didn't ask; they just did it. I know we generally moan and complain (and rightfully so!) about how we get treated by these survey places, but I thought it was important to recognize a place when it does go above and beyond to do something nice!

  11. If you can't make the 5,000 point increment, all points left are forfeited. This is SOP for Toluna. I wonder how many other panelists are in the same situation.

  12. I have a few points sitting with Expert Outpost..I found them to be a big waste of time since it took forever to cash out since they hardly ever have any type of surveys to do & when they do the points are worthless..so they can keep my points...don't care
