  1. Not ridiculous. Banning VPNs protects us as much as it does the survey panel. A VPN masks your identity and location so scammers use them to open multiple accounts or open accounts in countries that the panel doesn't operate in. Some panels just ban you instead of asking for proof so it is never a good idea to use one for surveys without permission.

  2. I just had the unpleasant task of unbloking ny account on the One Poll site. It seems that if you use a VPN they will block your account and not reopen it until you prove that you are a real person either with a license or a passport. I have been doing surveys with them for a long time and this is a first. I just wanted to warn you all about using VPNs and some survey sites view them as bots.

They are a ignorant company .. we did a one week task and then there was supposed to be a one hour on line task, we all tried to get in , with the link they sent, but it never happened... we messaged them,, they never replied, we were trying for an hour, and yet not one message from them, despite all the members messaging them, and then we find we have our accounts blocked... so no reward,, no explanation,, just a bunch of ignorant people hiding behind a computer,, Do not waste your time with these , The whole thing is a scam.. they get the info and then do not pay up ...

  5. Yeah, I agree with you on that. If I see it’s a JD Power survey, I just X out. I’ve wasted my time with them and after successfully completing the survey, they said their quota was full. Total scam.

  7. For the first time survey junkie won't let me redeem my points,says there is a verification issue and to try again and if cannot redeem contact support. I have done that and also waiting in a queue for them to supposedly call me as once they talk to me for verification ,never have to do this again. Their customer service is terrible as when ever I have had a problem or there is and issue to get my points for a survey I completed,that crashed or had errors,not their fault..If I can get my 1000 plus points redeemed I am quitting them..They used to be great ,not have gone downhill. So, received a email from them say,sorry for the inconvenience but the only way we have is manual verification by sending you a post card with a verification no and you send it back..I am so ticked off and they are so unprofessional.
