Without naming the offender at this time many surveys crash on the last or close to the last question. My iPhone doesn’t crash at all during the day with any app, just the surveys apps. This is such a persistent problem. Occasionally the problem is resolved but mostly some lame reason prevents a reward armed. Let me get this straight. The surveys company gets paid by a client to conduct surveys for them. If the surveys taker doesn’t get paid for doing the surveys, then who gets the money? Anybody else have a similar problem?

That was my feeling as well. Same survey came up several times , don't recall where , but haven't seen it again in over a week.

I have been using the survey app Curious Cat for the past few weeks and I have earned about five quid, paid instanty into my paypal. Has anyone else used this app before? I think that qmee is better right now due to the lack of surveys on Curious Cat.

So I have loved Pinecone up until a few weeks now .I got the first problem fixed but now the second ones is so annoying ,I always cash out there ,as I have been told that sometimes survey sites close down and then your stuck .So I got the notice about it ,and went in and did what I always did and asked for Paypal ,well then a few hours later I get an email from them ,saying there was problems and to go and chose something else .I go back in and no I was not credited my points back ,so I sent a request asking about them returning them so I could chose something else . I wait and wait and hear nothing back ,so I send a reply asking .I get a note back oh we mailed you a check you will get it in 1-2 weeks .Oh sure great ,I got to wait up to 2 weeks for 3 dollars and have to battle a bank drive through . Yeah I am not thrilled because last time I had to use a drive through took 45 minutes . So just an FYI if you like paypal on Pinecone may as well wait ( I would have had I known ) .

I haven’t tried Curious Cat yet. I have Qmee and like them. They always seem to have quite a few surveys.

I have had this happen to me quite a bit. It’s really frustrating and annoying. Just another way for survey companies to rip off their panelists. I’m curious to know which survey company did that to you. I think most of them do this. I’ve had it happen to me on One Opinion, Forthright, PointClub, and SurveyTime.

I think it might be the best survey site for paypal because I almost always have a survey avalible. I earned £10 just from doing surveys while on the bus back from work.

The email didn't make it sound permanent. Although, it didn't give a time frame as to when the issues might be resolved.

I think there is an archived thread about this one. I had $$ in my account and at the time it was all spend money to get money syndrome. I lost all of it because they had a time limit and then all the points expired because I would holdout for paying surveys, which were few and far between. I was so glad to get rid of them.
