Truth is we really have no idea what happens to our data. It's floating around on the internet. I can relate to this. I trust no-one.

I've commented on this before, i-Say is fielding surveys with no rewards. Well the frequency is suddenly gone up, three in less than I week. I tested one, screened out and got no points. I opened a ticket asking what is going on and Sarah got it. Sarah is the IPSOS support deflection specialist extraordinaire, I think her mission is to just close tickets with grammatically correct gibberish. So I don't have a good idea what is going on. Have any of Y'all noticed this as well?

This statement was in the email from Pinecone Additionally, PayPal will be added back to the Rewards Site as soon as the issues have been resolved. So I went and tried to cash out $5.00 with Paypal and it went thru so I'm thinking it may be fixed.Guess I will find out in a few days!

I usually opt for the Amazon Card, I tried for the Virtual Visa card and it's way too much work and subject to forfeiture. I have noticed recently that there are other oddities with PineCone. The invitation for a survey doesn't expire after following the email invitation, but remains "in progress" on your dashboard. Some lasted for a week extra and I came back several times a day, using different browsers & dumping history and cookies each visit. I was able to make an extra gift card in a week, usually it's every 6 weeks with pinecone for me. The next time you're at pinecone and was screened out, go back to the dashboard and check the status of the project, it maybe still active and could connect to another survey.

I agree with nj07208 about the email. It sounded as if the paypal payment will be back as soon as they resolve the problems they are having but no time frame was given. :( I also cash out for paypal, did so about a week ago. A few days ago I got a check in the mail and was very confused. Then I got the email and I AM NOT HAPPY either!
