The response I got from Pinecone, although not directly addressing the missing points, also referenced the rewards site being "refreshed." So maybe the points will come back after they're done screwing around. At least I'm not the only one with the issue. Misery loves company and all that.

Yep I was going to cash out.Now it says 0 points.Since rosiesmom already emailed them I will wait to see what happens.They could at least email us with a explanation.When I hit the redeem button this popped up This site is temporarily down while we perform maintenance. That is why I quit taking their surveys, get close and then you can't get qualified for anything. It's pretty easy to spot this kind of unethical behavior, so I dropped them and went to other panels that appreciate my business. On top of that I try to stay away from panels that require you to go beyond 15 dollars to cash out.

I keep getting those as well and still do them. Most of the time now , after a few initial questions , I get a DQ. But , for those that do work , they are more like 15 minutes , no matter what it says.

Those are automatic X outs for me, too. I did one for about 25 minutes and was told at the end I didn't qualify. Never again. The other one I hate from One Opinion is the cmix one for tv/movies/streaming services. I learned my lesson with them too, always DQing me at the end. I hang on to One Opinion because they used to be so good, but I may give up on them. I've been at 8000-ish points for almost a month. I hardly even make the 5 DQs a day.

No, but I did try to cash out and it got an error. I sent a request for info and I did get a reply stating that they were updating the system. That was over this past weekend. I didn't check on my points after that. So I just did and you are right. I had $20 worth of points and now I have none. I sent a message asking if my points would be added. Will let you know what I get.
