  1. First survey I took this morning was a JD Power survey concerning banking and finances. It was through Opinion Outpost. The survey lasted about 25 minutes, I finished it, hit the send button and was told that I failed to qualify for the survey. When will I ever learn? This happens about 50% of the time with JD Power surveys. I probably failed one of their numerous trap questions. And that begs the question, what is the real purpose for those trap questions, to keep you honest or to get your information without having to pay for it? This time I am done for good. I have swore off JD Power surveys before but I keep coming back for more. What a rot-gut company. Not a good way to start off your survey taking day.

  2. Their forum is unfortunately cutthroat at times. Conservatives and liberals there are both to blame IMHO. If you just take the polls for the points, you should be ok.

  3. Been getting the same results for some time now with j D Power ones on OneOpinion. Either i DQ within the first couple of questions or it goes through the entire survey to completion , but when it returns for credit , I get the DQ points. I'm very careful answering questions and don't fail the trap ones. Gratefully , I have immediately recorded the survey number and report the issue to support at OneOpinion. They have checked and noted that I was in the survey for a lengthy period and have always credited the proper points.

  4. I just did a survey for them (first one in about a month). I will see what happens when I click on the link to "redeem points" once I get credited for the survey. I did get an email saying they are going through a facelift on their website and encourages people to download their new app. Perhaps it would be easier to cashout on their app? Pinecone will start allowing you to have your winnings directly deposited into your bank account. Can they be trusted with our bank information though? I think they are getting rid of paypal.

  5. I agree I have been at 20,000 for awhile- I just do them when I have time.I think all survey companies could careless about us.They want to make money off of us by paying as little as possible.I also think they have been ripped off my duplicitous people out there. The scammers have not only cheated them but us in the long run.

  6. Which is strange, I gave my financial institution very high ratings. I think in my case I was the victim of a stupid trap question.

  7. It's become way obvious that JD Power only wants the responses their clients pay for so said clients can brag about being highest rated whatever in their particular industry. This is why I've said several times that although I do surveys for a little extra money, I pay no attention to the results. Manipulated and meaningless.

  8. Agree about the comments. I don't even read them anymore. Just answer the survey, get my points and move on to the next survey.

  9. I am seeing some of the most vile posts from people in the comments section on Tellwut. It isn't even a reaction to a survey question, it is to someone else's comment. I am 2,000 points from cashing out. They have plenty of members without me. Others here have left Tellwut. Maybe it's my turn.

  10. I had been a member for for over 10 years and my last email invite/survey taken was 9/29. I inquired and got this email and have no idea why. I have only ever had one account, have been conscientious in taking surveys, was a Diamond member, always redeemed for Amazon. I took many surveys for which I never got paid but for most I got paid and in a timely manner. They may just be cleaning out their member list. I am 75 and might be too old for their target groups and instead of me trying to take surveys and not qualifying decided to deactivate my account and blame me for it. I emailed them back this morning and asked what exactly I have done wrong. There is only one lie I tell on their surveys and that is how many people are in my household. My husband passed away about 3 months ago and I am not able to update at their site. I even emailed them about it and they told me to wait. I've never had this happen before and now I know how others feel. "Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account. As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts. We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your patience. Kind regards, Pearl Opinion Outpost"
