  3. I agree with what others have said on this. I’ve done a number of JD Power surveys, and kept getting disqualified after I successfully answered all the survey questions. I have actually been able to let the robot on OneOpinion know, and I got credited for the points. Now if I see a JD Power survey, I just X out. I won’t waste my time on them, as I feel they are a total scam.

  4. That’s terrible! So sorry that happened to you. Yeah, I would definitely complain to the BBB. It can’t hurt to do that. These survey sites have no respect for any of their customers. They don’t give a crap about loyalty. To think they screwed you out of that much money makes my blood boil.

  5. Most political surveys have low incentives so they're not worth my time.

  6. I would cashed out when I first got the email about the website update if I knew they were going to do this to their panel members.

  8. It still says 0 in my points and the redeem is still down. The email I received said it would be up on the 6th. It is now the 8th and still 0 points and no way to redeem

  9. Been getting the same results for some time now with j D Power ones on OneOpinion. Either i DQ within the first couple of questions or it goes through the entire survey to completion , but when it returns for credit , I get the DQ points. I'm very careful answering questions and don't fail the trap ones. Gratefully , I have immediately recorded the survey number and report the issue to support at OneOpinion. They have checked and noted that I was in the survey for a lengthy period and have always credited the proper points.

  10. I just did a survey for them (first one in about a month). I will see what happens when I click on the link to "redeem points" once I get credited for the survey. I did get an email saying they are going through a facelift on their website and encourages people to download their new app. Perhaps it would be easier to cashout on their app? Pinecone will start allowing you to have your winnings directly deposited into your bank account. Can they be trusted with our bank information though? I think they are getting rid of paypal.

  11. I agree I have been at 20,000 for awhile- I just do them when I have time.I think all survey companies could careless about us.They want to make money off of us by paying as little as possible.I also think they have been ripped off my duplicitous people out there. The scammers have not only cheated them but us in the long run.

  12. Which is strange, I gave my financial institution very high ratings. I think in my case I was the victim of a stupid trap question.

  13. It's become way obvious that JD Power only wants the responses their clients pay for so said clients can brag about being highest rated whatever in their particular industry. This is why I've said several times that although I do surveys for a little extra money, I pay no attention to the results. Manipulated and meaningless.

  14. I quit One Opinion because of their high cash-out point. It also seemed to me that as I got closer to that cash-out point I was getting fewer surveys and it became harder to get qualified. What works best for me is to stay with panels that let you cash out between 5 and 15 dollars. That way you don't have so much money tied up if they decide to jerk you around.

  16. Yep, it seems this has been going on for a few days now. I got the same message as you. I guess I will wait it out and see.

  17. Huh, kind of surprised you'd even get them, would think since you are in Canada, you get ruled out. In any case, have to say I'm not much into politics myself, but this current election is kind of a big deal since many want Trump out of office.

  18. I just cashed out and I am taking a break from them. Got a bunch of Lucid surveys and I never qualify for them, so I am giving it up. For now.

  19. First survey I took this morning was a JD Power survey concerning banking and finances. It was through Opinion Outpost. The survey lasted about 25 minutes, I finished it, hit the send button and was told that I failed to qualify for the survey. When will I ever learn? This happens about 50% of the time with JD Power surveys. I probably failed one of their numerous trap questions. And that begs the question, what is the real purpose for those trap questions, to keep you honest or to get your information without having to pay for it? This time I am done for good. I have swore off JD Power surveys before but I keep coming back for more. What a rot-gut company. Not a good way to start off your survey taking day.

  20. i had been a member in great standing with this panel for over 10 years. i got deactivated all of a sudden about a month or so ago and im still not entirely sure why to this day. it started when i clicked on an invite, didnt even get answer 1 question and the next page told me it was a "technical terminate". say what. well i emailed and they told me they would look into it. okay i then the next day did a 4hr survey for $50. went to cash out and i was having all kinds of problems trying to cash out. i emailed again and then thats when i got the shocking news my account had been deactivated. they gave me all kinds of reasons why it happened, but none of them applied to me. emailed them several times since and now they are just ignoring me now, even after telling them i was going to the BBB. i almost felt like family as long as i had been with them. i had always had good dealings with them, so now i lost $57 i had in my account. i told them also that if i was dishonest as they say, then why wait over 10 years? i told them how honest i am in that when i knowingly made a wrong answer i would quit the survey on my own. just to keep something like this from happening. im at a loss.

  21. I have noticed that if you are active on a survey site for a length of time, maybe as little as one year, they seek "fresh" opinions and terminate members who have been there longer. They write you a standard lame letter terminating you. This happened to me.
