I have written twice and received a message that they are updating their system. Since their big change some time ago I have had trouble getting in to surveys. I realized I just had to keep trying. It was like jumping hurdles, I would get past the one and then another, but I had to always sign out and then sign back in. I thought that was strange. And now this. They were my favorite site for quite a few years. I am not sure what is going on other than they say that they are updating their system. This is sure taking a long time.

Please stay completely neutral when politics is involved. This community is good at mentioning politics without letting the conversation get political or pointing fingers and I thank everyone for that.

Two things to do: - Ask Emily "no surveys". Most likely , the account has an issue. - Email support at [email protected] , give them the details , and they will check into it. Been getting surveys here all along.

Been getting the same results for some time now with j D Power ones on OneOpinion. Either i DQ within the first couple of questions or it goes through the entire survey to completion , but when it returns for credit , I get the DQ points. I'm very careful answering questions and don't fail the trap ones. Gratefully , I have immediately recorded the survey number and report the issue to support at OneOpinion. They have checked and noted that I was in the survey for a lengthy period and have always credited the proper points.

It's become way obvious that JD Power only wants the responses their clients pay for so said clients can brag about being highest rated whatever in their particular industry. This is why I've said several times that although I do surveys for a little extra money, I pay no attention to the results. Manipulated and meaningless.

I do them because I get points.
