  1. So sorry this happened to you. It totally sucks. I can relate. Pretty much on a daily basis, there is at least one survey that I spend over 15 minutes on that either tells me I’m not qualified at the very end, or doesn’t route me back to the survey site I was logged in with. It pisses me off to no end, because I feel my time is precious, and I don’t like anyone wasting my time. I agree that these survey sites need an overhaul by the government. There should be a regulatory agency that is in charge of just the survey sites. They sure would be busy! It’s downright fraud, waste, and abuse that these survey sites are committing. It’s absolutely appalling.

  5. Well, I see I did get credit for two of the surveys. Can't recall for sure now if there was a third. Maybe it was only two. Wondering now if it's safe to redeem a gift card without some sort of complication.

  7. Just had to have a little rant as I'm fed up of completing surveys and not getting the reward. This makes my blood boil. Just now did a survey on the your surveys router, was a 20min borefest, got to the end after nearly dying of boredom, only to be met with the "sorry you don't qualify" nonsense. I was not happy, then took a survey with dynata, another boring 15min survey, did the whole thing to be met once again with the same response, the phone nearly ended up against the wall! I am so sick and tired of completing surveys and not getting rewarded, this is a total scam. There needs to be some sort of tracking system for every survey so this doesn't happen to us. These scammy companies are getting free information. Emailed the survey site who I did the surveys on, just waiting for the copy and paste nonsense of a response that I know will be a complete waste of time. FUMMING!

  8. I'm having the same problem. First, there was nowhere to enter bank details. Then they sent a list of instructions on how to access your wallet and set up a bank account. A complicated system with a PIN for each withdrawal. First it won't accept the PIN. Then the drop down currency and country selection was blank. There is no field for entering a UK Bank Sort Code without which there is nowhere to send the money. I tried to explain this to them but it's gone completely above their head. Tonight they emailed to say the problems are resolved but they're not!!. Was able to choose the currency finally, but after entering bank details it still won't accept them: 'Sorry but we could not use the information provided to link a bank account' They seem to be completely clueless about transferring money to bank accounts, it's like they asked a five year old child how to set it up. How on earth could they have announced that the system was ready for use when a) it was nowhere near ready and b) it doesn't work anyway! The only comfort is knowing that I've not gone mad and that I'm not the only one in this position Update 00.30am - finally managed to add a bank account. If anybody else from the UK has difficulty, a couple of tips: You have to put 44 at the front of your phone number otherwise it won't accept it You're then asked for a 'Router Number' which I guessed must mean sort code. This appeared to work and it now says I have an approved bank account. Now I've got to wait 1-2 days for the funds to be added to my wallet. Watch this space...
