  1. I have a severely throttled account with this group. I asked "Support" why the surveys dried up. I was sent a canned reply about not providing quality responses leads to throttling. I have an acceptance rating of 92% on usercrowd account. I think the "quality" rating is actually a cover to not pay for work completed and boost their internal profits by holding the earnings. PointClub/Innovate Market Research uses a similar ploy, allowing their clients to cherry pick survey responses. This industry, Surveys and Marketing, is rife with unscrupulous and unethical companies.

  3. Do not use the bot Emily as it is essentially useless. Instead , email support at [email protected] with the details. That has always worked for me.

  4. All I can say is don't give up. They cancelled my reward so many times, and it took a few months to actually get everything settled. I did report them to the Better Business Bureau, and contacted them many times through their Facebook messenger. If you haven't done so, do a BBB report. Sometimes companies really need that kick in the butt to move things along. Good luck. I was sad to leave them, but after that fiasco I just couldn't trust them anymore. Like you said, they were great until they got bought out.

  6. Too funny! So it should be there 9,000 years or so. Yeah, I think they just pull random people off the street to work at these survey sites. Probably are illiterate.
