A few weeks ago all of the surveys on my Qmee dashboard suddenly disappeared while I was perusing them. Also, I couldn't cash out. I knew I hadn't done anything wrong so I assumed it was an issue on Qmee's end and hoped it wasn't a ban for nothing, as often happens places. Finally contacted support. They replied within hours and passed along the fix for the problem (which was on my end) within 24 hours. I know customer support at these sites is often terrible or nonexistent, but I just wanted to recognize exceptional support in this case. And, no, this was not a paid endorsement.

I just went to pinecone and got this message. They also never gave me the Amazon card they owe me. Can anyone else get on their site? (pineconeresearch.com) 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
