THEY ARE GREAT AT GETTING THE PROBLEM FIXED.

A few weeks ago all of the surveys on my Qmee dashboard suddenly disappeared while I was perusing them. Also, I couldn't cash out. I knew I hadn't done anything wrong so I assumed it was an issue on Qmee's end and hoped it wasn't a ban for nothing, as often happens places. Finally contacted support. They replied within hours and passed along the fix for the problem (which was on my end) within 24 hours. I know customer support at these sites is often terrible or nonexistent, but I just wanted to recognize exceptional support in this case. And, no, this was not a paid endorsement.

Are you using a bookmarked link? I got that message when i start to type pineconeresearch in the browser field as well as using a bookmarked link. I googled pinecone research and was able to get the site to come up with no issues (this was a few days ago though)

Thanks, Dawn. Did you actually try getting on today? Maybe everyone is getting this message. If you can try (or anyone) I'd appreciate it. Maybe it'll straighten itself out. If they booted me, it's OK. I so rarely get anything from them these days, not like years ago.

I was thinking the same thing. This is nothing (not to downplay anyone's feelings towards or interactions with these mostly unethical companies) but I have seen and dealt with much worse than this.

I just went to pinecone and got this message. They also never gave me the Amazon card they owe me. Can anyone else get on their site? (pineconeresearch.com) 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
