Had this on a recent ipsos survey - different to to usual captcha things

Does any one else get this message when attempting a survey? it just pops up in every platform. it's quite a stretch from "you've already completed this survey" to then accusing you of not being truthful in your answers...

they froze me out too, "no surveys" then wrote and said i had been suspended because of wrong answers. wrong answers on an opinon survey? and of course it was just 50 cents shy of getting my reward.
