MTurk low on my list of survey sites, but I dabble there when nothing better. I find the whole interface there awkward for me. But on a good month I might cash out $5!

Branded Surveys are fast falling out of favour with me. Think I will downgrade the positive review I gave them. Soon after you reach their gold stranded they start messing you around with your points, today they deducted over 100 points for survey I didn't do - very angry Also, recently getting stuck with surveys that take a lot longer than stated, yesterday I had one from a company stating it would take 10mn and it took over an hour, this keeps happening and loads of frozen, spinning wheel surveys. As soon as I can cash out I am off. Update - They put back my points after I complained

I do the same, if they ask me a silly question, they get a silly answer

well, i got the message "inconsistencies in your answers, you are terminated". from valuedopinons. i sent back letter asking why, how come,... etc. within 48 hours 4 other dynata panels sent me the same message. luckily i have learned to cash out as soon as i get to the threshold... but with 'minimums' needed to cash out, you can't get all that is owed to you. it's the end of year cleanup; get rid of the old people, etc. etc. i'm a member of other non-dynata panels and have never gotten terminated or anything.

Thanks. I had already tried that, and it has resulted in a few decent surveys, but nothing to write home about! What I CANNOT understand is how a job, as outlined in my OP, that takes FORTY SOLID minutes of data entry can pay EIGHT cents!! Back in the mid-'80s, when I was working as a data entry operator while in college, I was making $9/hour. That was almost forty years ago! 8 cents per 40 minutes = 12 cents per hour. Ugh.
