  1. I should have posted this earlier, but I did reach out to the survey owner from the U of Tennessee (at the start page they provided an email address to contact if there were questions or issues). I did reach out to him and was surprised to receive a very courteous reply. He told me he was sorry this happened, that he's not sure why but he would like me to be compensated for the time it took me to complete the survey. He asked me how much it was worth and then sent the compensation to me on Venmo. I was pleasantly surprised. I guess even though Survey Junkie can be really frustrating, the individual survey owners really do want to help sometimes.

  2. ARE MY POINTS & SWAGBUCKS OWNED MY SAME COMPANY. REASON FOR MY ASKING IS WHEN TRYING TO UPLOAD RECEPITS, IT SAYS IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PREVIOULSY SUBMITTED & WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO SUBIT AT BOTH PLACES. IS THAT ALLOWED OR NOT

  3. Yeah, I understand what you're saying. But it's exactly BECAUSE I hadn't done anything wrong that I bothered asking them WTF?! And then they reinstated me. If I had known they were right, and I really had broken some rule or provided inconsistent responses, etc., I would've just let it go and moved on. When I know I'm right, I want explanations!

  4. This is the exact description of what happened to me today, exactly the same survey and same results. Very frustrating! Seems to happen a bit too much lately with Survey Junkie, which is my best constantly paying and cashing out site so far. Hope they fix the issues.

  5. Today instead of quickly exiting the page when an ITC Traffic survey came up, I decided to give them another chance. I'm sorry I did. After answering all the qualifying questions, I was asked to complete a short answer question that was pretty reasonable (what your ideal vacation would be). I answered it and was redirected to a DecipherInc page asking if I agree to answer all the questions thoughtfully and truthfully. I selected "I agree" and when I hit "submit," was redirected once again to Survey Junkie where they told me I was disqualified for breaking rules. AGAIN. Not sure why saying I agree to answer thoughtfully and truthfully is somehow breaking a rule. Also not sure whether this is ITC Traffic's fault or the DecipherInc page I was redirected to. I'll know not to make this mistake again, though. From now on it's run, don't walk, from ITC Traffic surveys (ironically, I usually don't have any issues with the regular decipherinc surveys that I take).
