  1. I just got my gift card yesterday, which is good considering that was only three business days.

  2. I did the webcams occasionally when I first started doing surveys, but once I realized that I usually look like I've just gotten out of bed, I thought better of it.

  3. Agree. Not fond of seeing pics of myself. Not a worry with the surveys - no webcam.

  4. I would not do it for $1.50, but I have done some market research studies via zoom since the pandemic has curtailed most live panels. I have a study with a market research place being paid by Medicare, and I have been with the study for over a year. They contact me at least once a month, and ask me a few questions and for those I get a $5 Amazon GC, if it takes any longer then they pay me more. A couple of times they have asked me to participate in a 15 minute zoom session with them, and they pay me $30. There have been a few other market research studies where I have been paid at least $75, and sometimes more. Most of the market research studies are still being done remotely.

  5. I can relate to that! Hate the way I look too!

  6. No, I don't do those. At all. I'm just uncomfortable with the whole idea--especially since I hate the way I look on video! :)

  8. well, i got the message "inconsistencies in your answers, you are terminated". from valuedopinons. i sent back letter asking why, how come,... etc. within 48 hours 4 other dynata panels sent me the same message. luckily i have learned to cash out as soon as i get to the threshold... but with 'minimums' needed to cash out, you can't get all that is owed to you. it's the end of year cleanup; get rid of the old people, etc. etc. i'm a member of other non-dynata panels and have never gotten terminated or anything.

  9. I gave up on SJ because of a continual problem: I'd complete a survey, then after submitting it I'd get the infamous "uh-oh, you didn't qualify...." message and ZERO points. I may have spent 15, 20, 30, 50 minutes on it, read its "This completes the survey" or "Press 'submit' to finish" (or similar) message, and then got NOTHING for it. I complained to SJ many, many times. At first they were really nice about it, even crediting me for the points I should have received. But that devolved into always being told that "there are many reasons you can be disqualified...." and it was clear they were not understanding the problem--or they did, but didn't want to address it. After dozens and dozens of these incidents, and no help or credit from SJ, I gave up.
