  1. If your not blocked from comments, I think your experience is particularly relevant. Articulate, responsive and patience. From my assement, most members od Tellwut are insular, no other survey panel participation and their vapid responses indicate as such. If you're not blocked from commenting, you should add your well articulated deficiencies, more like incompetence, of Tellwut. I'm already backing you up.

  2. I'm sure that most everybody here has experienced some sort of delay or lost mail as a result of the pandemic and all the problems it has caused. Here in the magic land of Oz we have had all sorts of problems with mail service. They stopped daily mail service and went every other day which meant some weeks we had mail delivery twice a week. They kept the Express Mail service for domestic packages and charged Express Mail prices, but got rid of the guaranteed delivery date. Finally started up regular mail delivery after about a year. Packages would go from a suburb 20 kilometers away from us all the way to Sydney (1000 kilometers plus) and then back again to Melbourne because there was no capacity to handle the mail here at some Melbourne mail centers. Packages by Australia Post would take 6 or 8 weeks to be delivered from across the country and sometimes even a month across the city. During our lock downs we were restricted from traveling more than 5 kilometers from our house, only essential service shops were open, and we could only make one trip per day. So it was impossible to zip over to the shop buy something, and bring it back home. People stopped buying stuff online because it took so long to get it. That was the domestic mail situation. We buy lots of stuff from Japan and Japan Post stopped ALL airmail service to Australia including letters. After 9 months of that stoppage they started up the airmail letters service again, but there is still no Japan Post service for airmail packages to Australia because this time Australia Post has told Japan Post (according to Japan Post) that they won't process them. So the only alternatives are sea mail which takes between six to eight weeks or private package services such as DHL which costs a fortune and only takes a week or so. Unreal that after two years mail service is still screwed up. The last airmail letter I got from Japan took about 3 weeks to get to Australia and the last one from the UK took about a month. And at one time the USA stopped all package service to Australia as well. Lost packages as well. I had one take three weeks to get out the USA, one week somewhere in the ether, and then it sat at the Sydney processing centre for over two weeks with no movement. Sent in an inquiry which took another week to get the initial answer and then another week for them to tell me that they lost the registered packaged. And then a couple of more weeks after that to get the refund from Ebay.( "We are doing this a courtesy for you..................... Well gee thanks!!) Which brings me to the surveys. In many of these cases the entity wants to know "how they did" and send out a survey to find out about how they handled the matter. At first I would fill them out and give them a realistic assessment. Now I don't even bother as IMO they make no difference and I've never, ever heard back from them once. Bad service from a shop or a fast food place? Fill out a survey form with your complaint. Waste of time IMO. Do you fill out these requests and have you ever heard back?

  3. Tellwut wants more members and they are reminding current members that they are leaving pennies on the table by not luring their friends. I gave a long comment to this, basically positioning that i wouldn’t do this to someone i intend to visit with in the future. Basically Tellwut has been captured by their clients and can lead to a lousy experience. I know that there are other folks here on SP that went through the tellwut ringer and might want to leave their referral sentiments. Search for “Together on Tellwut” https://www.tellwut.com/surveys/current-affairs/news/142011-together-on-tellwut.html

  4. I DID take this survey when it was first offered. But I don't comment on Tellwut surveys as I've seen many members respond in a very inappropriate manner. I choose not to get entangled in nasty debates so I just leave my comments here as I know Tellwut checks out SP.

  5. Oh, it's awful in the US. The USPS is so understaffed they are accepting carriers with a pulse and an attitude. I've been living at the same location for forty years and the mail box has been on the same side of the house for this period. Because I repurposed the side walk from the street to the house to grow plants, a concrete surface is superior for root control on Agave plants. The carriers won't walk from the side of the house, the mail box is between the houses. I have to monitor the mail delivery daily using "informed delivery". and inform the USPS when stuff isn't delivered. if I don't, mail is returned. I've even watched Bluetooth headphoned, vaping carriers pass by my place and I follow them to the delivery van and ask for my mail. didn't make a difference in the long run. USPS is geared to optimize their delivery metrics and if that means skipping your address, which means better performance, so be it. they then tell all their other carrier buddies to stop delivering. I lost a week of mail and parcels, until checking informed delivery every day and flag undelivered mail.

  6. Well I received a response telling me that they they will "...blah, blah, blah........" a day after I sent the email. Then checked my rewards a few minutes ago.............. Got 5 cents for the survey as they deemed it a "duplicate". Hah, never did a survey like that with them before. Quick and easy solution for them and the problem as far as they are concerned is over.

  7. Sandy, I am sorry for all of your losses at one time. That is so sad. Being on our own financially is hard too, as I am. Well, I am glad you made a decision. I hope you do Paid Viewpoint which someone also mentioned above. That's my second favorite site and add up quickly. In answer to your question, so far I have not received any form for taxes from Prolific because it's U.K.based but if Paypal is going to be doing that and all I ever get are Paypal payments, hmmm...I'll have to declare it. Which is OK. I hope you can find some companies that are good. I wish I could. I started doing these 12 years ago with 30 companies! Now I am down to about 5
