  1. Maybe it was another canadian critter incident. Canada has very formidable wildlife Grizzly, caribou, moose and Beavers. Beavers are most organized. https://bc.ctvnews.ca/single-beaver-caused-mass-internet-cell-service-outages-in-northern-b-c-1.5944697

  2. I spent 40 minutes on one and when i went to submit it, I got the dreaded "thanks for giving us all this info about yourself, but we aren't going to pay you squat for your time" message. This happens as much now as it did 15 years ago.

  3. It happens to all of us. Some days are good , some bad. Your demographic is often the reason.

  4. I have encountered this problem with Branded Surveys in the past. I even tried waiting a few days before trying to take surveys only to still be denied any surveys. This is why I left them for a while. I then rejoined them in May 2022 and hope this does not happen again. The bad part is that when I reached out to their support, they gave some lame excuse about having problems with my IP address. I assured them that I don't use a VPN and my IP address is dynamic as opposed to static. This is why I feel like I'm walking on egg shells with them when taking their surveys. I always think, "Is this going to be my last survey with them?" My advice is, PLEASE DON'T DEPEND ON ANY ONE SITE. Try to earn a little on many sites. Also cash out when you get to the minimum. It's better to have this happen to you when you're trying to cash out at $5 than say $45 or something like that. I also recommend you leave them for a few months then join them again. When you come back to them, don't go hard with the survey taking. Take a few surveys and leave the site for a few days. Then come back and take a few more. That is what I have been doing, and so far, so good for now.

  5. For those of you who need to make a few bucks doing surveys, stay away from Survey Honey!!! Once you make a few bucks they demand a video of you stating that you're not a robot. If you don't have a smartphone or a webcam--or if you just don't want to do a video because of privacy issues--you are out of luck. Any money you've made is lost since you can't do any more surveys without posting a video. Survey Honey will waste your time if you value your privacy. Stay away from Survey Honey!!

  6. I forgot to mention the question I see on other companies too....how many lilypads will there be in a certain amount of days. I have no head to calculate this anymore. Maybe when I was younger. But it isn't just the lilypads...then they ask how many widgets (whatever those are) and I just get disgusted and say the heck with the money or make a guess. SO annoying and draining and we really can't complain because it's individual PhD students (on Prolific anyway)...I love the company so I just go along with it. Thanks for your replies, good to know I'm not the only one annoyed!

  7. I was disqualified after completing surveys six times today. I think that is the highest number in a single day. It is very frustrating and huge waste of my time. I can't really say if it was trap questions of they just threw me out because they can. Just venting.
