  1. Ever get the feeling that these survey companies aren't interested in what we REALLY think/buy/vote for/ etc.? They are only interested in answers they want to hear. They want answers they can feed to their clients! NOT the truth. What is the point of surveys at all then? How can 'Whoever' burble on saying things like "The results of this or that survey are indicating to us that .... blah blah blah'? Survey takers know better. It is probably that the people paying for the surveys are only being given the answers the survey companies think their clients want. No wonder the ACTUAL results of elections, etc., so often conflict with predictions made by the pollsters.

  2. I used to love Pinecone & would get a bunch of products to try & now I'm lucky to get 1 or 2 surveys a month...guess it's sign of the times since Covid hit alot of companies are having a hard time these days

  3. Which survey companies are you referring to? It's no use putting your 'Gripe' onto a site like this unless you name and shame the survey company(ies) concerned. It seems there are more unscrupulous survey companies out there who do this sort of thing than I thought..................!

  5. I was finally able to log in to Chicagoland Parent panel. I did not have the same password as I did for icanmakeitbetter, and that is why I was having problems signing in. They did not ask me to change my email. This is not part of cspace. I am a member of a cspace panel right now, and it is a lot more work than the AARP cspace panel on was on a few years ago. It is better than it was in the beginning. I just got a survey from them that only took me 10 minutes. When I joined the group, it was taking me over an hour to do each survey. The cspace panel I am on now is Focus Forward.

  7. Has anyone noticed that Tellwut appears to have many more members (and continuing to increase daily) and fewer and fewer surveys? I usually look at what they post at the bottom of the list of surveys that are supposedly available for you. I have barely been able to take any surveys whatsoever this week as most have reached their quote or I don't qualify. I chalk that up to more members filling surveys up so much faster AND far less surveys. I find this very sad and disappointing as they were my A#1 moneymaker and it appears that things are just not the same anymore. I am hoping that things will return to the way they were but I have my doubts. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks Seems to be this way with lots of survey sites nowadays. A sign of the times, I guess.

Toluna is still allowing it's repondents to fully complete a survey; all too often involving a lot of work with much typing and going on forever, then on being returned to the Toluna Home Page, informed that the survey had either filled up, or that they were 'Looking for a slightly different profile'! Or, sometimes, not being returned to the Toluna Site at all but just left high and dry and having to physically go back to the site, to find on checking their points account, they have not received the points for the survey! When contacting Toluna Support, they are told rather loftily that other people were completing surveys at the same time as them and it is just that the survey quota gets filled up 'Just as other respondents are finishing the same survey'. Or some such! This can't be right surely? I am a member of several survey companies and none of them behave like this. Most of the time, the preliminary questions are got out of the way at the beginning of the survey and if necessary one is screened out then. NOT right at the end, or even halfway through; which is bad enough. This is showing a complete lack of consideration for their respondents!

  9. Ever since it changed it's site, this survey company has been diabolical. Most of the surveys sent to me, when I click on them I get an error message that says they may be having technical problems, or they already have enough people for the survey (why send it to me then?) On the very rare occasion I am able to actually start a survey, I get to complete a lot of it before being screened out with a measly 3 points for my efforts! Also I have noticed that they are ageist. Intead of being asked right at the begining of a survey (and sometimes even when I am) as soon as I actually input my age, I am screened out! It takes ages to make enough points to earn a reward!

  10. They used to be my best now they are at the bottom I hardly Get any and when I do I never qualify They could dump me and I wouldn't miss them
