  1. Nevermind what I previously said. Sandy21 is right, LifePoints is scamming people by blocking their accounts based on loopholes and supposed breaches of the rules that make no sense and are never clarified. I've made my own topic about the situation and hope that more people come forward and that perhaps some people will also pursue legal action against that scam of a site.

  2. J.D. Power surveys have survey-takers spending a huge amount of time completing one of its surveys and when a survey-taker clicks the "Submit" button, no payment. Best to skip J.D. Power surveys that gather all your hard work, and then, give you nothing for your efforts.

  3. I have been having pretty good "luck" compared to others here it seemed with few problems getting screened out of surveys that I get at the end of the survey. The number I get a probably much fewer than others though. So I did a survey a few minutes ago and spent (wasted) about 15 minutes on it and got to the last page where it asked me to confirm my age and postal code. The next screen that popped up was "Quota Full". Sure, I got the email to tell me the survey was available, logged on immediately ,completed the survey right away, and the quota was full by the time I finished after having input all the data and answered the questions. And the last survey opportunity received from this outfit was three days ago and yep, got to the end of the survey to input the same type of data and it froze. Couldn't finish the survey and got zip for 20 minutes of time. The link was still in my account and tried numerous times to finish it with the same result. Must have been "my time" to get the shaft.................

  5. Same here Oshawott, just move quickly from one survey to another after you get disqualified or rejected at the end. I find I can get to my goals more quickly by sticking with surveys that are shorter. The exception to that rule would be surveys that you have a high rate of completion. If that is the case I will sometimes go for one a little longer.

  6. So I've previously said in other topics where people have complained about LifePoints that I'd never had problems with them; I'd been a member since around 2011 back when the website was still called MySurveys, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. However yesterday that changed completely. I went to their website and was trying to login, when suddenly I got a message telling me that access to my account was blocked. It took me a few seconds to figure out why; I noticed that my Proton VPN, which I use to view region locked videos among other things on YouTube, Netflix, and other sites was still on, having previously used it earlier in the day and having forgotten to turn it off as I normally would. I immediately turned it off and tried to login again, but the same account block message appeared. I then went to the LP site's help desk and explained the situation and how it was an accident that I had left the VPN on. Fast forward to 12 hours later when I got a simple yet condescending message saying: "After taking a close look and performing an audit of your account, we have found evidence that you have violated the LifePoints Terms and Conditions, which has resulted in your membership being deactivated and the LifePoints (LPs) you collected have been forfeited." Given the timing, the only break in the terms and conditions that I can think of would be the VPN issue, even though they didn't actually say that, but it's the only thing that makes sense since I had barely been taking 1 or 2 surveys with them per month and not breaking any rules that could possibly have led to an account block during that time. Naturally I responded to them reiterating that my account had been in good standing for over 10 years and that the VPN situation was accidental. I also pointed out to them that it doesn't make sense for them to accuse me of violating the terms and conditions of their site since I technically wasn't even able to access my account due to their system blocking access before I could actually get inside said account. How do you break the rules of a website's membership when you aren't even signed into the account in the first place? Long story short, I also told the help desk staff via email that I plan to seek legal action and have already contacted my attorney. I had about $100 worth of points on LP, which doesn't seem like much, but it's the principle of the matter that counts. Besides, every other month I see complaints about them on here and on other survey forums, so clearly something is else is going on that smells like fraud on LP's part. If they can get away with this, then there's no telling what else they've gotten away with.

  7. If you couldn't answer the question you should have exited the survey. You shouldn't expect to be paid.
