Not sure if this is the issue you're having but if you don't complete any of those external services..at least 1 you're not going to get any of the 5-10 point surveys after a week or so from what I've experienced in the past

I'm with Maru Voice Canada & redemption has always been 5000 points & I received an email I think it was last week stating that in 2024 they're going to lower the redemption level to 2500 points which is $25...I'm guessing they're the same as the Maru Springboard company

Thanks for all the replies. I'll try the unsubscribed and see what happens. I wanted to make sure it was from them. I will never join them if they have to Spam to get users.

they are ok, takes a while to get to the 5000 for the 50 bucks. They do offer "partner surveys" if there are no surveys on their main page at 25 points each
