I try to avoid them. I did one the other day and NO points after I finished. i should have known better BUT I try to give them a chance.

I do believe you need to register a cell phone number. It's been awhile, but I believe it is used the first time you cash out. Anyone remember?

I am not on Prolific and have not seen on other sites.

When any of you joined paidviewpoint, did you have to call a long distant number first? I am curious because they wanted me to call and I was uncertain.

I have seen those as well as ones asking for amazon. I never do them. They want you to give them downloaded info of your account. Never! I see now they say people have been complaining about the compensation and they raised it. But it would never be enough for me to give them that info.

I also will not provide my driver's license. Too risky.
