  2. I made a ticket help a third time and I was told that a developer will take a look. Two days later, that is now, my balance is back. So are the surveys !

  3. I've had a goodly number of surveys the last week or so and cashed out again yesterday.

  4. Haven't had it at the end , but have seen it at the start a number of times.

  5. I also aim for at least $10. Last cash was for $17 and some change.

  6. Ditto. Cashed out less than a week ago and am 2/3 along to the next.

  7. I have gotten that many times.. in fact, yesterday after completing a long survey it did what you described to me and I didn't get any credit. I contacted them.. Have not heard back and they are usually very quick about it- Have to say, now making the site over has caused problems we haven't experienced before..If If it don't work, fix it

  8. I just got an email about a survey on paid viewpoint that I think I already completed, but then it told me that I had two surveys to do, but neither one of them would come up. I think they have some kinks to work out on the new website.

  9. A friend told me about this site a few months ago- I looked it up and it is not listed as one I can do a review on but if I could, I would give it the maximum stars and then some The sight is Verasight. They don't have alot of surveys but will email you if they do and also they may have some on the site. Payout is at 10.00 Good example: today I took a survey and wasn't sure if I got credit for it or not but just ignored it. A few hours later I received an email from them saying they noticed I didn't get the 5 cent credit for not qualifying so they rewarded me 2000 points ( equal to 2 dollars) and thanked me for my patience. Now that's honesty

  10. I got that question this morning too.. of course I was kicked off. If I had the money to spend 1000 dollars on a handbag, I wouldn't need to do these nonsensical surveys and they are becoming more non nonsensical and redundant by the day. They can't think of anything new.

  11. Last night the server was down. But only when I logged in. If my wife logged on my phone it was ok. Now I cannot even get on the app. Show error from start.

  12. Quite honestly I don't like it. I like taking the polls. They are a lot more fun than taking surveys that pretty much kicks you out every time you take one.

  14. This is a place to post ridiculous questions (or at least what you think are ridiculous). I just got one about which of the following things are you likely to buy within the next 12 months. I checked "handbag" because mine is denim and it's getting ragged. The next question was How much do you plan to spend on it? Under $1,000? Over $1,000? Huh? For a purse? (You can tell I don't care if somebody's name or initials are on it.) I try to spend less than $10 for mine, so I checked Under $1,000. Got kicked off. So what questions have given you a chuckle or had you shaking your head lately?

  15. I've seen surveys like this on various survey sites but never one site devoted to this. If you ever catch one of those, maybe you can stay with it.

  16. What amount do you cash cash out for? Just curious I usually try to get to 10.00 before cashing out

  17. i have been coming across more and more surveys that ask for your full name, address and phone number when you start the survey. and it is not for those that are sending you a product to test, just the start of a normal survey. i close out of those now when i see them. YouGov asks for that same information at the end of a survey which means you have spent time on that survey and then you have to give them all that info to continue. it's bad enough they can track me by my IP address but now want my home address????

  18. Sometimes they'll say they want it to verify me. I think sometimes it's to make sure bots aren't doing the survey and I'm a real person. Sometimes it had something to do with voting I think? But either way I don't like putting it in. Yeah definitely don't give your phone number out though. Bad idea imo.

  19. Posted Saturday at 03:09 PM Allow a bit more time as it is a weekend. The ticket may not have been seen yet. It is now Tuesday.. no response from Paid Viewpoint.. I think I will contact them again. I know that my request went through the last time because the ticket shows

  24. I googled this topic and this forum came up. I have done multiple surveys through Branded Surveys and only after completing it do they tell you it’s full. So they’ve just got all this data for free which is a d**k move by them.

  25. Then I won't feel slighted that they don't want me!

  26. Springboard is now Unlock - they do have a $ 25 threshold. You can do Paypal or get a gift card. Now instead of sending 1 survey to qualify they have the never ending wheel of surveys you try to qualify for . Hate that - I just cashed out for the $25 Paypal and have 1535 points in my account I'm afraid I'll never be able to cash out because I never qualify for any of their surveys ever again.

  27. Last time I got one it kept spinning till I qualified - kinda like Unlock which use to be Springboard. I believe most of these sites are hanging on by a thread.

  28. Same here. The one time I opted to do one , it was for a 30 minute sitcom , so I figured it was worth a try. One of the worst sitcoms ever! Not a single laugh , except for the laugh track! Later , when I checked the ratings on IMDB , it was something like 3 or 4 out of 10. It lasted about 6 episodes before being taken off the air.

  29. I am so sorry, Mommabear, that you are having this same problem. I've repeatedly run into glitches as well. I so agree, IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!! Hope both you and Alexium have this problem resolved and nobody else runs into problems like these before they fix it! Do let us know what happens.

  31. Leave support a ticket with the details when such a thing happens. They are still working out a few kinks.

  32. Often they will tell you at the beginning 'this survey will take 10 minutes ' then they get you on what I call the 'survey go round' as you don't qualify after 10 minutes and then it's on to the next and the next..without a penny

  33. I've done all that several times. Doesn't fix whatever the problem is.

  34. I've seen some posts on r/beermoney about this too, so you're not alone. It sounds like you've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps without luck. Customer service's response seems off, especially if you've always been in the US.

  35. Even worse than that what's been happening to me is I will start a survey (you can tell they're doing the eligibility questions initially) then the survey window will say that I'm eligible and that they will begin the survey, and then some 30- 35 minutes later, it says the survey has been completed and I'm to hit the continue button to return to the dashboard or whatever, BUT when I do there immediately follows a pop-up window THIS SURVEY IS FULL. The idea that a survey company would not know at the outset that their survey is full and would drag somebody along through the entire process (not just the qualifying questions, I'm in the entire fucking survey) even tell them specifically that they met the qualifications and we're now going to complete the entire survey, that a survey company would do that and then dump you after you've completed it, sometimes a half an hour or more later with nothing but maybe two points, that's unconscionable and I think that's unethical. I contacted Branded about it but they didn't you know get back to me. Big surprise

  36. I find that a LOT of survey companies leave "full" surveys on their site for quite awhile. Cynical me reasons that they will get a lot of us to take the entire survey. Then they can use our answers without paying us since "survey full" pops up only after completion. At least Branded tells us immediately, although in the past I have fully completed surveys for them and THEN get the "survey full" pop up.

  37. I'd call it a profitable and sometimes painful hobby.

  38. Yeah, I've come across these before. With some it might actually be okay but generally speaking I'd avoid that. I forget which site it was, maybe inboxdollars. They offered an incentive to join another "survey site". I've done that before without any issues (until then). They made me input my address and phone number and would not let me proceed unless I did. So I did. And the surveys were mostly questions like, "Are you interested in a job in your area?" I answered the same bleeping question like 50 times, and I got the stupid idea that maybe if I started saying "yes" to them they'd stop asking that question. Nope. It kept asking anyway. At some point I realized this was a bs website and not actually a survey site. My email address and phone were blown up with job offer type stuff. Some wouldn't stop trying to call and text and I had to reply saying "I'm not interested." or "There's been a mistake/I didn't sign up for anything." I actually wasn't interested (I realize I said yes but I was trying to get that website to shut up, I know it was a dumb idea and it didn't work). I realize I fell into some kind of trap which was probably from some shady people. Cause who would legitimately have a "survey" website like that? And BTW I never got the incentive I was supposed to get for joining. I should've reported them, at least to inboxdollars, but I just didn't. Regret that. I don't even know what the name of the site was. Ever since then that phone number got a ton of spam, and one day I got a group spam text and being I use a prepaid phone plan I kept getting charged for all the texts, and the stupid other people that got the group spam text kept replying "stop" and I got charged like $15 in one night cause of it. BTW people, replying STOP to a spam text that obviously comes from a scammer doesn't work. In fact it does the opposite of stopping it. So yeah, I ended up switching phone numbers because of what happened, didn't want to get more group spam texts. Don't ever make the same mistake I did. I ended up on spam lists cause of what happened. Not cool. And TBF I can't believe something like inboxdollars would allow something like that to happen. I guess they don't check if they're legitimate sites or not. I had something similar happen I think through other websites, they were the "vote for Pepsi or Mountain Dew" type sites, which I'm pretty sure are fake surveys. That might've been through Swagbucks. But the inboxdollars thing that happened was the worst one IMO.

  39. I did all! They answer to me with different solutions like cache and cookies and change browsers, phones, etc. None worked. I also told them my wife successfully logged on hers on mine and she could not log on her devices with my account. They told me in the end that android version and their new site has problems. Waiting for a self solving solution. If you ask me, they erased my money balance and that's that. My traitscores are 0.00. Over night.
