Huge tip for all, avoid surveys on this platform. If you are directed to one, just close it off. I've had several of these surveys over the years where most of the time I have dq'd right at the start. There have been a few occasions I have done it and every time at the end it says it cannot record my answers due to inconsistent answers. I've been doing surveys for many, many years and always give truthful answers even if it means I don't qualify for a survey. Just now I had another PopulusLive survey about smart meters. I was going to close it right as I remembered the previous problems but I thought "well, maybe it was a problem with their system or perhaps somehow I clicked something wrong previously so will give it one final shot". I spent about 40 mins doing the survey, triple checking all answers, got to the end page to submit completion.... "We are sorry we cannot record your participation, our system has detected inconsistent answers" That's it, done. Blacklisted any future survey invite from them.

Same thing just happened to me. I received a garlic bread sample last week from Pinecone (it was pretty good too). Today, I received an email to take the follow up survey. However, when I opened the link, it says I do not fit the demographics to take the survey. How does that make any sense if it was follow up questions for the product I actually sampled?? They are really incompetent it seems. Not the old Pinecone I remember either. I am not even going to bother emailing the fake Karen Scott, because IF they respond, it most likely will just be a silly robotic general reply like others have received. At least I got a free product, but will no longer count on making an extra 300 pts to answer follow up questions for it.

hello, I need help! My government teacher gave the class a project to create a survey so that we could have a better understanding of public opinion. I only have a week to get at least 40 responses. do you think you can spare some time to answer this, survey? (It is a political survey so I would understand if you don't take it) Here's the link: https://forms.gle/3hoYXWEQNaR5t2Rq5

I belong to them and I don't think I have ever cashed out, even after a few years. I have stopped doing them. I don't even know how much I have with them, but it isn't enough to cash out. I think I checked a year ago and it was still under $10. To see that they are offering nothing doesn't surprise me at all.

I joined Prolific after reading about it here and I was not sure about it. But I got an invite and then another. I did cash out once already for $18. And I think I have $15 again already. What I like is that I haven't been dq'd yet. I will do anything they offer. Even for a few cents. I like these folks a lot.

Actually wound up getting to another cash out faster than I thought I would due to last Saturday when I pretty much ran out of any decent surveys elsewhere and decided to give OneOpinion another shot. Got enough DQ points and completed (with credit) enough surveys to reach the cash threshold. (I had already been fairly close.) Requested payment Tuesday and got it in PayPal today. So withdrawals seem to be working okay for now.

This was always going to happen and doesn't surprise me. Cint are likely skint. Last year they terminated thousands of members accounts claiming they had breached the terms and conditions. It seems it was likely they were having a bit of a financial problem and so terminating all those accounts would mean tens of thousands of pounds owed to members could be written off.

I belonged to Branded for a long time, but I never seemed to qualify. I stopped doing them about 9 months or so ago. I think I must have even logged in and closed my account because I don't hear form them anymore.

I am sick of Valued Opinions. They used to give you a survey and it was just there. Now they ask questions to see if you qualify and it's the same survey...if you even get one and I always disqualify. I used to cash out at least once a month. Now it drags on and on. I haven't gotten a survey that panned out in months. thanks dawn for the recommendation of Prolific. I'll check it out.

YAAAAY! I will tell ya though- since the first time this happened I always check Emily the bot after it says"no more surveys" and ask her why no surveys to make sure I am not paused again-lol- i become paranoid.

When I asked Pinecone this was their response Hello, We apologize for any difficulties you may be experiencing. Kindly disregard this study and wait for the next invitation. Best regards, Karen Scott Can you say canned response anyone?
