TheDominator25
I am not excited about them. Takes to long to even get a $5 reward and then another month or 6 weeks to get the reward.

QWERTY
A simple, consistent survey site with interesting surveys. For the 5 years I've been with them I nearly always qualify for the half dozen survey invites a month (98% qualify rate). A big money maker - no. I get three to four free restaurant meals a year for the family via their gift card offers. They stand out as a consistently trouble free source of interesting surveys with respectable incentives - a rarity in today's survey world. 1957horses
I used to have an account with Epoll and tried to contact to reactivate my account. I got an email back from them saying this witch was no help at all because it is the only email that there is to contact them. You recently sent an email to us titled "reactivate". Unfortunately we do not monitor this email address. We handle all panel support via our website. Please visit http://www.epollsurveys.com/support for a list of common questions and the contact form for Epoll Customer Care. --E-Poll Customer Care http://www.epollsurveys.c So does anybody know who/how I contact Epoll to reactivate my account?? alaskababygirl
I enjoy taking their surverys, It may not be much but I end up getting 3 or 4 gift cards a year, I would rather get something from earning points then nothing.

Go to that page and see if they already have an answer to your question and if not, click on the option to contact them. I do not have an account with them so I did not get any further than that. Did you send the email using the same address they use to send out surveys?
