Try emailing them and let them know all the trouble you went through with this study , it worked for me hope it works for you. I've contacted the BBB and filed an complaint.Syvonate did respond and credited 6,500 so far.They accused me of not completing the study so I was unable to receive the 70,500 pts I responded back through the BBB and sent them a copy of the email they sent apologizing for the technical difficulties on there side.I'll wait an see what happens.
