I may be done e-mailing JDPower because they are all stupid over there I emailed them the other day I gave them the survey numbers and told them that they always come back 400 Bad Request and I would like to be paid for my time.I got a response yesterday that said if I completed the surveys I will get paid they just don't get it that I can't do them.

I've given up with those morons in Customer Service!!!!!!!!!

Evidentally they don't care about their users at all!!!!!

Been going on JD's website twice a day no damn surveys SCREW THEM!!!!!!! :shock::shock:

GOOD MORNING FELLOW DISGUSTED SURVEY TAKERS!!!!!

Don't know if I aught to bother e-mailing J D POWER & ASSOCIATES again!!!!!!!

Haven't seen a survey opportunity from them in almost 2 weeks.

Probably since I kept flooding them with e-mails about the survey

problems and the lack of their Customer Service reps to give any

of us a straight answer they probably removed me from their survey

list!!!! OK I'll just keep looking for sites that actually work!!!!!! :twisted::twisted:

i haven't gotten anything from them lately either.. i'm stuck at $18 and all my surveys have left the pending list if that tells you how long it's been since i took one last.

Yeah I'm stuck on $ 12.45 with J D POWER & ASSOCIATES!!!!!!!!

I have two $ 25.00 Amazon gift codes I'm waiting on one with SURVEYHEAD

and one with J D POWER & ASSOCIATES. Lets see how long I have to wait to

get the voucher codes!!!! SURVEYHEAD is doing pretty good off and on. I have

completed two more surveys today. They still need to clear some of my pending

surveys though. I have $ 38.75 pending right now!!!!!! SEE YA 8)8)8)

Hello JD,

You know it is really getting sickening that you STILL HAVEN'T FIXED THE "BAD REQUEST 400" yet.

It is getting sickening to go to you site and click a survey and get "BAD REQUEST 400", day in and day out.

If you go to SURVEY POLICE you will see 159 comments just about J.D. Power and the "BAD REQUEST 400"

So why don't you have somebody go to survey police and tell us why you still haven't fixed the "BAD REQUEST 400"

And do something about it instead of saying "The survey errors are limited to one client"

It has been that way "BAD REQUEST 400" for MONTHS now.

A lot of people are dropping JD Powers for this very reason. Or take those surveys that are "BAD REQUEST 400" out so we don't have to waist our time clicking on a "BAD REQUEST 400".

You get "PAID" for your time there, were we "DON'T get PAID" when we get "BAD REQUEST 400"

And it is the EASY SURVEYS ones that are 5 minutes that say "BAD REQUEST 400"

I HOPE THAT SOMETHING WILL BE DONE IN THE VERY NEER FUTURE TO FIX THIS "BAD REQUEST 400"

Thank you from all of us survey takers here from survey police (I'm not representing anyone personally from survey police, just stating the fact that we are sick of getting "BAD REQUEST 400")

survey results to companies can be so lame in figuring out this "BAD REQUEST 400"

error message we have all been getting for over a month now!!! They don't even

return my e-mails any more!!!! I go on their website twice a day and now theres

no surveys to take in there either!!!! All I can say is WHAT A COMPANY!!!!!!!

Now I have to hope they send me my Amazon E-Voucher I cashed in on 3/21/2012.

Hopefully I don't have to fight with them over that is 6 to 8 weeks which is another

crock of you know what!!!!! All my other survey sites send the voucher codes in

a week!!!! Why do they take so long!!!!! Gottta keep the account active until I at

least get paid and if I don't see a solution I'm cancelling my account!!!! SEE YA 8)8)

I never joined because of the bad reviews and complaints. I also am skeptical when a JD Power survey result is published. It would be great if any company using them would also be able to contact the survey takers to see what they think or have their sales or marketing dept use a survey taker. Then they would know how worthless JD Power is. I once took a very lengthy survey for a very well known top company that payed minuscule. I am certain the results were not accurate. I called the marketing dept, told them what I was paid for the survey and to doubt the results. They were surprised at the low payment.

Just e-mailed Customer Service at J D POWER & ASSOCIATES again!!!!!

Asked them where all the surveys have gone. I haven't completed a survey

with them since 3/27/2012. Here we go again with these fools!!!!!!! :shock::shock:

I log into J D'S website twice a day and nothing in there!!!!!!

Customer Service e-mailed me back last night and said they

looked into my account and nothing is wrong. Yeah right!!!!

Then where are all the surveys!!!! First the error messages

now I'm not getting any surveys!!! This company is a trip!!! :shock::shock:

Just read your review on Toluna and am thinking of giving me another shot!!!!!

I am not counting to much on them although I did one survey and I had 2 bad request today but the three survey I have been able to do in the last couple weeks are still pending so I don't know what to think of that.
